Spark Plug DIY
What's up everybody?
I looked for any DIY or tutorials for changing out our spark plugs so I made a write up and yes it is fairly straight forward aka don't over think it...
My GLK is a 2010 350 4Matic with a little over 128K miles and on the OEM plugs, so I figured she could use the switch. So here we go...
1) Open hood
2) Remove engine covers
3) Grab any variation of a T-30 Torx bit (mine was easiest with a screwdriver style and a bit for a small ratchet and 1/4 socket
4) Remove the two Torx screws per coil plug
5) Remove coil
6) Remove abd replace plug with new plug (I used pre-gapped OEM Bosch plugs from BMA)
7) Install is reverse order
Sorry for no pics, I use a potato phone and its not that smart...
Happy wrenching!
