Exclamation Help with engine coolant

My 2005 ml350 is losing antifreeze from some where. I can't find any sign of a leak or any drips on the drive way, but i'm up to adding a gallon a weak. I thought about a bad head gasket, but there is no sign of water in the oil. Any ideas?

Get under the car and check the front of the transmission and the trans pan. Coolant leaks at the rear of the engine drip here and evaporate, leaving coloured residue. You won't see a puddle on the ground.
