sugar in engine oil, how do i clean it out? ml430 2001
an unfortunate incident where my bonnet was left open overnight, a sabotage occoured with sugar being placed into oil via the top-up engine oil inlet that sits on the top of the engine. i have done 2 oil changes of 0-40 synthetic with oil filter change , it has started ticking the last time i drove it so i stopped ... wondering what i can do to it besides taking it to the shop as last option , maybe anyone could give me suggestions they have experienced the same problem ,

First of all, how do you know that someone put sugar into it? Secondly, sugar in your crankcase is not harmful. Stop worrying about it.
2 oil changes would have gotten rid of it. The ticking is caused by something else.

update ' true its running sweet if not better
the ticking has stopped now i just smashed the revs up on the highway a few times and blew it out , whatever was caught in the lifters i suppose lol, i have done new spark plugs too, i have bought 18litres of new oil , enough for 2more new changes on standby with a new oil filter ,got a bottle of flush for the engine Im gonna use before i drain the oil(gold eagle) i think, with the new oil i got a bottle of Lucas additive (1 litre) to add to it
and might do it soon , i added a fuel additive that cleans injectors in the petrol the last time it was running low on gas and waited till the fuel was in reserve before i refuelled. i will use an air compressor to blow from up top with a couple litres of new oil after i drain the old , before i put in the new oil.... thinking about using my wet vac to suck out any oil in any corners using a thinish tube from the bottom oil plug outlet...... talk about OCD lol, will keep u posted with results , thanks guys
