Do you

own a scanner?
If so clear the random misfire code and see if it comes back.
Could have been a simple miss that set the code
if returns then look at doing the plugs they are due.no multi tip
Change fuel filter
Change air filter

As ohlord recommended, check all the vacuum lines as the P0451 is an EVAP system code.

What codes do you still have?

Regards,
paul...

OK, the P0451 is the pressure sensor for the fuel tank, but tackle the other codes first. Go to Autozone and ask them if their scanner can provide freeze frame data. Freeze frame data is recorded when the CEL is set for most driveability codes. If so, get the values (they can be + or -) for the short term fuel trim (STFT) and long term fuel trim (LTFT) for both cylinder banks (e.g., LTFT1, STFT2, etc) and post them here.

If you can't resolve this problem, I know of two MB indies in the area you could go to (Wakefield and Peabody).

Regards,
paul...
