ML55 Headers and supercharger?
Looking for two things - has anyone fit long tubes from an E55 on an Ml55?
Secondly, has anyone attempted to retrofit the E55 M113K blower onto an ML55?

Don't waste your money. Put that towards a much newer ML63. That have collapsed in price and are dirt cheap now. Get a later model one with the newer tech if you can.
With basic tune and air filters you can get up to 550hp easily and smoke virtually any other SUV out there without need for SC.

I got the thing for a song and the dance. 3500 bucks. It's in pretty nice shape. I am thinking I can hopefully scrounged all the parts I need together for around 2500 bucks. So not a huge investment. Just a bunch of stuff from junk yards

I've looked into doing the M113K on my 99 ML430 and the conclusion that the shop I was working with (who has done modern MB engine swaps in the past and has experience with these types of things) has determined that without sacrificing a ton of money, the 4WD system simply can't handle that type of power. The main weakness is the transfer case. However, an alternative is to convert the car to rear wheel drive with the engine swap.

The engine and transmission from an 02 ml55 is exactly the same as the supercharged 06 CLS 55 sans supercharger. The engine is the same just without the blower and the transmission is the same. It would be easier to swap engine for the CLS engine since all the hardware is there. Good luck.

Fitting the blower is probably doable but you will need a lot more parts than just the supercharger. Fueling will be an issue as well (I went with secondary fuel pump on my Kleemann ML55 as a result). The easiest and probably the cheapest option would be sourcing a used Kleemann kit. Trans will hold it, just make sure you let the oil cool down if/when it gets hot.

Looks like blower will bolt on, but have to either get stock ML ECU tuned or use a piggyback like Split Second or AEM FIC. Havent had any luck finding headers yet....
