interior now feels like a mini AMG with all the contrast white stitching on the dash, seats, door panels. Side skirts arrive Tuesday, then off to the body shop to paint and replace the stock running boards. Tint sunday AM.

Love it, A local rim shop has a set of these 22" reps w/ tire that came off of a W164 for less than it would cost me for the tires alone. I have find a day to go up there to see if any are damaged. Seeing your pics, I think they stand out better on your white truck than on my black one.

Well, I guess my question would be can you provide a source for the wheels? I was looking at the same wheels as well, and assuming you bought from one of the vendors listed on eBay (there are many for these wheels), all I can see are the listings for 20x9 et48. There's one listing for 20x10 et50, but none for 20x9.5 for these wheels. Since I want to run 275/40-22 tires, 9.5" would be an ideal width as 9" (same as stock) is a bit too narrow while 10" a bit too wide.

Here is the wheel and tires and eBayer info. The tires fill the wheel well perfectly and are a perfect width. I'm sure all theses sellers get it from the same supplier. I went with the only one that had this finish in stock and was close. Only one other eBayer has it in stock in Ontario, CA

The tire you want probably has the same dimensions. The first 2 numbers I tires are relative to one another and not absolutely standard across the board. I used to think a 40 is a 40 series for thickness, but it's not. It varies in the width of the tire

Thanks for confirming what I said before - the eBay link you included lists 22x9 et50 with 285/35-22 tires - not a proper fit. The pictures in the link show 21" wheels with a top brand 295/40-21 Continental tires.
As a side note, I would never put a third rate tires like Delinte (in the listing), etc. (no matter how cheap they are) on any car, much more so on a V8 monster. Not a surprise since they sell it as a package - 9" wide wheel with 285 section tire. This alone would cross the seller as a reputable for me, by that only IMHO.

The first number is the section width in MM, the second number is the percentage of section width in sidewall height, of course your third number is the rim diameter.
The idea when plus sizing is to keep your rolling diameter, or circumference the same or as close as possible to the stock size so you do not throw off speedo, ABS and about 10 other sensors that rely on that particular measurement.
