I don't have the need for a fuel pump upgrade, but the pump is only part of the issue. You would need larger injectors and reprogrammanig the ECU would be in order. This will most likely only show gains on the top end.
Best of luck to ya,

Thanks for reply.
The mechanic is working retrofit dual feul pumps from W211/E55, the boost is amazing (> 10 bar) than 5.0 stock pump (~ 5 bar)
I'll reprogram the ecu soon.

A few finding on the W211 dual pump system
(1) The boost is perfectly good around 6 bar at idle
then quickly ramp up boost by accelerating the car.
(2) the old stock pump (9 months after supercharged)
was found seriously decayed, read very high value of current.
that's the boost is no more stable.
I'd like to recommand
Retrofit the W211/E55 dual pump on any Supercharge vehicle.
It costs $435, not a big money but enjoy great improvement.

The Kleemann chief technician here has designed an intercooler
which is 1.8X capacity than stock.
This customized intercooler fits well inside the bumper.
$522 includes all.
It helps us get thru the hot summer. (30~37 C)

Raising fuel pressure at idle will only give you adaptation errors / check engine light. Raise the fuel pressure at idle and part loads will make the ECU, which always search lambda 1, adapt to shorter opening time on the injectors and when it can't pull more back it will go into emergency mode, I don't see the point and Sam should know better.
10 bar at WOT is way too much, to be exact 3 bars to much, there will be no gain in HP, and that is with 100% garantee.
It's not a bad idea to build in the AMG 55 dual pump, just remember that the W 211 E 55 use a variable voltage to the pump, not a steady 12 V, the second pump only comes in after 5 sec. WOT.
If you want to succede with this, you have to build the system so it exactly works like it's working today on your car, with the exact same pressures.

Vadim :
No problem once it's made next week.
Lucas :
Yes, DCT/Sam is aware of that, the boost is 8.5 bar actually he'd practiced a lot on V6K. they all work perfectly fine.
I worry about run lean once the stock pump is overload
after a period of time. Sam found my stock pump got decayed
and replaced a new one to fix it on Kleemann warranty.(not a W211 pump)
Thanks for advice, I'll keep Claus update on my Project.

Installed the new intercooler !
Members with gauges read 1~2 C coolant temp drop.
Though it's build for S/C,keep lower inlet temp means power.
(0) Al based intercooler
(1) 11 -> 14 columns
(2) Thicker
sum to 1.8X capacity than stock

The Kleemann cooling system is seperated out of engine cooling loop, only share the reservior.
I notice there's still 1~2 C coolant temp drop. So at the intake
it must be much lower temp.
Feel stronger TQ so far

Fuel pump controller
This is a little off topic but I appreciate any advice.
I tuned the ecu and got good power. After a recall done on the car the fuel pump controller was updated and although ecu still has the tuned software the power is lost and behaves as stock.
Can anyone shed some light on this and what can be done?
