Best price for Arnott rear air bags?

The air bag is a standalone thing. There is a sticky on how to do it and its very easy with basic tools. Just make sure you clean all the dirt and sand off the carrier when you get it out.

My front right R500 is sagging at 105k miles, and it was previously replaced by dealer w/ OEM 5 years ago under CPO around 70k miles.
Does anyone know if it's ok to just change 1 Arnott front right - or shall i go w/ re-manufactured OEM...shop quoting me $600. How much for new Arnott?
P.S. Has anyone else needed power steering pump - I had replaced 5 years ago also under CPO, but leaking and I think may need new one?
Thx in advance everyone.

50-60K seems about the life of the stealer front struts.
Regarding 1 or both... you can always just do one. But the reality is that they will go out together within short order. Don't expect 105K from 1 and 150K from the other. It just becomes a time and money thing. The fronts are significantly more expensive and then there is the labor. there is a pretty good amount of work to replacing the front's.
I would NOT go with OEM rebuilt or new. The Arnott units are reman. units but the rubber bladder appears to be a much softer and "I hope" more resilient bladder. Maybe the strut will fail before the bladder with the Arnott sturts, but who knows.
Make sure you get the compressor relay replaced - best $20 you'll spend.
I have not had a PS leak yet, but it appears that there is a pretty common problem with the power steering to reservoir seal. The seal is under $10 but lots of threads show that the stealer hits you for a replacement at $00-500? You can find threads on it, though most appear to be the R350 - maybe because there are more of them.

The Arnott bag is not the same dimension or material as the OEM. I would just replace the single OEM with another OEM if that is what you plan on keeping on the other side. Try and keep both sides identical Arnott or OEM what ever your choice.

Just came across Suncore air bags for R-class (stock #128M-15-R). They have $309 listed for a pair (rear only). Anyone had experience with these??
Just checked the stealer price for OEM and it was $565 per bag !!!!!!!!!!!

They look a lot like the original air spring. Maybe some folks will start to get them and we'll see how they hold up. My original rears went 80+K and I replaced with Arnott and have 20K+ on them. So far so good. The dealer did a warranty replacement of both fronts at 54K and they have 55K on them. So far no leak, but my wife is starting to complain about noise going over jarring bumps. I don't like the fact that Arnott rebuilds their front struts. I wish they would offer an new strut with their air spring as an option.

"The Suncore bags are assembled here in the USA ( Fla) of worldwide components" per an email that I received from Suncore. I might get em just to see how they compare to OEM. Local stealer has an OEM set in stock that I can compare them to.........................
I haven't changed mine yet (109k+) but I plan to do it before summer.

Sorry guys- my previous reply about the Suncore air bags was a mistake. The reply I recieved was from Arnott about the manufacturing facility in Florida. I am still waiting to hear back from Suncore.

For those with first hand knowledge replacing the rear bags
I have Arnott bags on order for the rears on my 2007 R350. I jacked up the car and took a wheel off to take a look before the bags arrive. I noticed that the line (drivers side) has a right angle bend just before going into the fitting on the original bag. I see many people have done this replacement in under an hour (both sides) but I have to ask. Am I going to have an issue with this right angle bent plastic line after I unscrew the OEM fitting? Or will the old fitting just slip of and the line (with right angle bend) just slide right into the new "push to connect" Arnott fitting?

Update--I finally got in touch with Suncore about their airbags. A phone call was made as multiple emails to them were never returned. The person that I spoke with just said "Yes" when asked about being USA made. I was going to get a pair to look at the quality but the "fine print" states a restocking fee and other things so ...................aint gonna happen.
