Anyone interested in a set of OEM 20" R63 wheels?
I'm going to sell the wheels from my R63 and wanted to see if any fellow W251 owners might be interested before I post them elsewhere. They're the original 20x8.5", +60mm AMG wheels...and are in overall good condition. There's some oxidation through the clearcoat, and two of the wheels have a bit of curbage (both from the passenger side, so the previous owner of my car must've really hated parallel parking!). The wheels look fine imo from a couple feet, but they could also very easily be refinished by most wheel repair places for a nominal fee.
There's a set of 275/45-20 Goodyear Eagle GT2 tires on them right now, but two of them need to be replaced pretty much immediately, and the other two are also on their way out, so I've taken that into consideration in pricing the wheels...if someone is willing/able to pick up the wheels with the tires, I'll sell them for less, since it'd save me the time and cost of dismounting the tires. I'll upload some better closeup pics of the wheels soon, but below is a shot of them on my car right before I removed them; they have since been cleaned of the brake dust.
If anyone is interested, please feel free to send me a PM or email at vansemail (at) gmail (dot) com
thank you come again

Got a bunch of pictures of the wheels and tires on them. After taking a look at the tires again I'd really recommend they not be used, so I am pricing the wheels without tires... if for any reason, someone would like to buy the wheels with the tires still mounted (maybe for test fitting purposes?), that's doable, too, but just bear in mind that if you need the wheels shipped to you, the tires would add a bit of extra shipping cost.
The wheels can be used as is, and they really don't look bad from a couple feet. But they can also be refinished to look as good as new (or better)...cost to do so would depend on where you're located, but I'd estimate it could run anywhere from 400-600 total.
I'm asking $1000obo for everything. I'd really like to see them go on another R class, so I'll see if anyone here would like to grab them before I post in the general wheels for sale section and on other venues.

I'd like to make room in storage for some other wheels I just got in, so these AMG R63 wheels have gotta go...!
Asking $800obo for the wheels alone (I plan to dismount and recycle the tires before sale unless you REALLY want them). Shipping to anywhere is not a problem...

Why do the things I want always come around when I can't afford them? Those would look pretty sweet cleaned up a bit and redone in a nice dark metallic grey.

Hey if you want them... make me an offer! Right now, space is the most important thing for me. I've got some other car parts coming in, and my wife really wants me to clear out the older unused stuff >HAHA
