Please let me introduce you to the W220 S-Class Owners Start Here sticky at the top of the W220 forum main page, https://mbworld.org/forums/s-class-w...tart-here.html. Stickies are written to address items that come up frequently, so that answers don't have to be repeated.
You will find links to resetting the FSS under "Resets" in the sticky. There are different procedures for different models.
The antenna to which you refer is often called the "Shark Fin" antenna, though that is not its formal name. It is the Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna for your navigation system.

Mr. Skylaw, Very well explanation... Thank you so much for the help. Much appreciated, Sir.
Will look into that. I was searching around as well, but unfortunately had no luck. And with your link, hopefully I can go beyond.
Thanks again. t_clealy
