Hello everyone, I have a 430 love the car. I search for this issue couldn't find a thread specific to my issue which is that when am driving the car feels like a rocking chair. I was told by a mechanic friend that it was the tie rod. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

LOL mine kind of feels like a rocking chair as well there is always problems with the steering and suspension in my opinion it just never ends I have been replacing front end parts every month or 2 for the past 2 years and it still feels like a rocking chair
Body Mount Bushings 4 control arms tie rods air shocks compressor just did lower control arms last week had an alignment still feeling bumpy and now pulling to the right really badly maybe I just need a tie rod as well but it just never ends but the car is over 10 years old what can you do

Go right back to the mechanic and have them reset it , my ABS light always resets itself last week after I did the lower control arms ABS light came on but after an alignment it went away

How can you reset. The abs light. When I turn the car off and back on the light doesn't come on after driving a couple of blocks.

You need a scan tool with ABS to reset it but like I said if there was no malfunction with the brakes it would reset itself either they didn't put the sensor back correctly , you need brake pads or the alignment is off
