It seems that you have two separate issues.
If you have an owners manual, go to page 68 and read about the Pre-Safe sytem and see if there is a clue there for the message being displayed. You make need to just hit the reset button on the Speedo to clear it or maybe you have an active code which may be able to be cleared with an OBD11 code reader.
Issue two is the stuck in park condition. You can use the search function and search this forum using the term "Stuck in Park". You will find what others have done to solve that problem. This is a much discussed problem on this forum as well as Benzworld.
Read through your owners manual. Many of the common problems and solutions can be found there. If you do not have an owners manual then you can download one at MBUSA in the owners section.
