Climate Control questions

so my AC took a dump a few days ago, and here in hells butthole (las vegas) I need my AC, now from what I read and diagnosed its the Blower regulator , but I wont know for sure till I take the blower motor and regulator out.

My question is since im already doing a "AC" job on this car, mine didnt come with the rear climate control, is it possible to add it to my car? or do I have to get in the DAS/STAR to program it or is it a simple plug and play?

the only reason Im asking is bc I jsut saw the rear unit and module go for really cheap locally.

It could be done but that would be a very expensive undertaking. Very easily into the thousands.

The most I priced it out for, was around $1k.
Its not a necessity but I was just curious, If its plug and play, Im down to do it, if I need programming then no lol.

Since we are on the climate control subject, any of you guys bought any other brand Blower regulator and blower motor aside from Mercedes own brand?
