Master windows switch replace trim

Master windows switch replace trim

I need to replace cracked wood trim around master windows switch and the one on passenger side. Do I need to remove door trim ?

I know for the rear you do, so im guessing you might have to do the same for the front

You don't have to remove the door panel the change the window switches.
