Lower Control Arm

Does anyone know if the bushing shown in this diagram for PN 2203307407 can be changed without replacing the entire lower control arm?

My mechanic sees a screw that possibly takes it off? I tried to point to the part I'm looking to replace. Additionally if this can't be done, any recommendation for the replacement?

Thank you all in Advance.

My lower control arm just started making a noise. Right away i got a grease gun and injected a good amount of grease. I made a tiny hole on the rubber and injected the grease in. Following some silicone to cover the hole up. So far its been working fine. If i had waited a couple of weeks. It would have been too late.

The lower control arm comes as a single integrated part. I have been looking to replace mine but have not been able to find the ball joint. If you have better luck let me know. The cost of each control arm is around $500.00.

Unfortunately you have to do the whole arm. I did both of mine when I bought the car and at the time I paid $750 each so they are not cheap. As far as the grease suggestion, that will only last for a short time and it's not a fix.

They are also unique to the 4Matic. The non 4Matic control arm is far less money but won't fit.
