If you want to find where the leak is coming from put some kitchen soap liquid on the area it will bubble where the leak is. That way you can try tightening or replace the part

Epoxy is a good cheap repair but Have an experience mechanic who know the w220 do it if you are not familiar . You may put too much epoxy all over the place and make it difficult to remove the air lines later

Here are some short answers. You have two choices - fix the strut or replace it.
To fix the strut, you have two choices - epoxy the top, or replace the leaking seal.
Epoxy is likely to be a temporary repair, and probably will not work at all. You must clean the top of the strut very, very well. Support the car at near the normal height, and let all of the air pressure escape. Get some really good epoxy and follow the mixing and application directions exactly. Cover the area where the air is leaking and let the epoxy cure completely.
Repairing the strut is a better way. You must buy a repair kit from your Mercedes dealer or from an on-line vendor. You will need to buy, borrow or make a tool to install the repair kit. To repair the leak, you remove the air line, use the tool to press down on the center of the area where the air is leaking, then remove a locking ring and remove the top of the strut. You then install a new seal, press the part back into the top of the strut, put the locking ring back in place, and connect the air line.
It sounds as if you are overseas. In the USA, we can buy a rebuilt strut with a lifetime warranty for about $400, but they do not ship overseas. I have no idea where you would get a rebuilt strut, but you might find a used strut.
Here is a long thread with a lot of information.

Good luck with the repair or replacement.
