Check stop lamp when reversing
2000 s430 all rear lights working but when I reverse into my driveway it says check stop lamp. Turn on the car and drive off and the message is gone? This us weird anyone had this issue?

Have someone stand behind the car and tell you which bulb isn't working or use a reflective surface to be able to use the mirrors to see for yourself(another car, window, etc.)
I just got done fixing my taillight after a failed cracked seal around the trunk allowed water to corrode the contact points around one of the bulbs. A fair bit of sanding later, it works as good as new. Easy, if that's your issue. It could just as easily be a burnt out bulb, but that would be obvious as soon as you pull it out, they are very easy to remove with no tool required.
