Trunk closing adjustment?

Hey guys my auto trunk on my 06 S55 works good but I notice when it's closing it closes but the motor keeps going for a few seconds and you can see it trying to keep closing the trunk after it's already closed. I tried searching as I read in a post there is an adjustment but I can't seem to find it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

You have a faulty position sensor that is not a DIY---you need factory diagnostics rectify or live with the issue!!

Thanks for the info, I have access to a star system and am in the process of buying my own. Can you tell me what all is involved? Thanks!

Simply plug in post the VIN and do a quick test---where you see a F double click and follow the rabbit down the whole!!

There are hundreds of sellers of muxes and systems out there---its all buyers beware.

If you in the hobby business, stick with a C3 or C4

I have searched for them online and read quite a bit of confusing and conflicting information about some being clones and done with different names, I was hoping to ask someone to just explain the short correct version before I spent a grand on a system. After reading half a dozen links on them I'm more confused now.
