What Size Wheels Spacers?
Does anyone know what size wheel spacers to use front and rear on a W221 S class with the AMG package and AMG 20" wheels?
I want the wheels to be flush.

15mm front and 20mm rear will get you flush. There are two small plastic tabs inside the rear wheel wells where the bumper meets the quarter panel that need to be dremmeled down to avoid rubbing when the suspension is compressed.
You'll also need 60mm lug bolts up front and 65mm rear. I did this mod several months ago and it's one of my favorites. The car looks OEM at first glance but the stance is much more aggressive. It also improved the car's handling. I was nervous about vibrations at first but the car is as smooth as it was before.

I have a question I just purchased a 2011 s550 4matic sport with stock 19" rims non staggered. I want to move the wheels out flush with fenders will the spacers listed work, or do need another size.

Those should do it. I'm getting ready to pull mine off if you want to wait, 15mm fronts and 20mm rears. Might save some money.
