aznevoviii IS A CROOK!
He sold me a set of BlaqueDiamond BD-1 Gunmetal and told me the wheels and tires had maybe 1500 miles on them and they were in excellent condition. He also told me he would include touch up paint with the wheels. I asked him if the wheels had any damage or curb rash and he said no. I waited 7 days and got my wheels in today, opened one wheel up and this is what I find.
He also has some HRE wheels up for sale, buyers beware of him. He is a liar.

I texted and called aznevoviii and no response. I went and opened up all the wheels, they all have some sort of damage to them, some are scuffs, nicks, scratches and one wheel is bent. This is far from the "excellent" condition he listed them in and sold them to me. I don't like drama and don't like to cause **** but you be the judge and tell me was he wrong or am I wrong.
Here are pictures of the other wheels.

He texted me and told me that what he meant was excellent condition for a used set of wheels, he admit to damage on two photos but everything else he is saying was caused by FedEX and he had insurance on the packages. FedEX will not assume responsibility because these are rims and clearly this is from the road damage. You be the judge.

Well i am certainly not happy with someone calling me a crook, but i told him, im sorry about the damage that fedex caused, i shipped many wheels before using this method without a single hick-up. And i even paid extra to have them insurered by Fedex $300 per package. I sent him high-res photos of them right after i cleaned them wheels/tires and right before i was packaging them. I sent him every single photos of packaging process and updated him with tracking numbers that day.
Anyone buying a set of used wheels, i have bought plenty, my wheels' condition was more than fair, and i even sent him a touch up paint that i used.
Here are detailed images what i have sent him and it is my first time being accused by someone on the forum. I have been on these forums long enough i have my own credibilities. Check out 6speedonline and gtrlife.

You listed the wheels as EXCELLENT not "FAIR" when you made the post, I would share the post but you edited it to SOLD when I made payment. The "HIGH RES" photos you sent are not HIGH RES, you can barely tell anything on the wheels, when you zoom in it blurs out.

Whatever damage was caused by FedEX is caused by FedEX. You listed the wheels as EXCELLENT and only 1500 miles on wheels and tires, brand new condition. You didn't mention the inch long gash the wheel had that you had already touched up, in the first picture I posted you can barely see the gash so your high res photos weren't so high res. You may have sold other wheels before but these may have been your first bad set and I called you out on it.

"Crook" may be a bit strong but Az goes through wheels so fast he may not have inspected them as closely as he should have. On used wheels every bit of damage needs to be disclosed and photographed. Most of the nicks and stuff on the faces are minor and not necessarily a deal killer but the bent wheel is.
I'd expect him to eat the return shipping back and refund the money. He can then make a claim against the shipper for the damage they may have caused.

I agree, the one small nick that he already touched up I can live with. The inch long rash on the wheel I can not. The bent wheel is also a deal killer, we all know what a bent wheel does to the ride of the car. He has not made any offers to refund money or pay for shipping. I will gladly wrap them up and ship them back.

Please don't blame shipper for these nicks n scratches....your packaging seems pretty good n no harm would hv come in transport unless it came COMPLETELY off...n E55 would hv noticed that...no bent rims either...

Another good point. I purchased a set of KMC Slides for my 26" that were shipped to me from Spokane Washington. They were packaged the same way as AZN packaged these and there was no damage on them. I am in logistics and transportation and run expedites for FedEX sometimes, I know how they handle their freight. I filed a claim with FedEX but think it won't get anywhere due to the other damages to the wheels. AZN has refused to refund me the money for the wheels so as of right now I am stuck with them.

Lol. You will put just as many scratches the first month after you put them on your car.... So imo you are overreacting.
Now the bent wheel is not cool as it is not bent due to shipping/ that much is clear. Have it repaired and ask the seller to reimburse you. That is what I would do.

What I do within the first month of driving on them is my business not yours. If I buy wheels advertised at excellent condition that is what I expect to get, if I go and trash them to pieces that's on me. I have BST Carbon Fiber wheels on both motorcycles and not one tiny scratch or scuff on them & they get rode hard. The seller said he may have not seen the bend or the shipping caused it. I'll post screenshots up when I get home.

i am just trying to save you some nerve cells. That's all.
The bent wheel is the only aspect that I would like some justice about if I was in your shoes.
And your business is your business, but when you come here and complain you need to be able to withstand people that don't necessary share your views on the subject

It's all good. He made it clear that he wasn't going to help or pay for any of it. I just wanted to raise awareness on the site about him and his sales. It was $1400, it won't make me or break me, I just find it un fair but sometimes that's how life is.

Yeah, PP won't get involved on a disputed gift transaction. If the payment was taken from your PayPal balance or a back up bank account you're SOL. But if you paid on PayPal via a credit card there may be some recourse.

the damage doesn't appear to be that bad but if you have the curb rash, nicks, plus one bent wheel that is definitely unacceptable. Honestly, in a case like this I would have to side with the buyer because he has no reason to lie and I'm sure he contacted the seller prior to posting this.
Personally I've sold many sets of wheels on Craigslist, ebay and locally and the best seller is an honest one. He could of had the bent wheel repaired and sold the wheels as is and still got $1000.

The damage is worse in person, they are all damaged that you can feel with your finger, not just small surface scuffs. I've been waiting for these wheels since last year, ordered my lowering kit and was exited to see them in the mail today, get home open up and you see what I received.

It's tough to swallow it all but I have no choice, he has shown what kind of person he is and the forum will see that. My intention is not to bash anyone or cause drama I just want what's right. These things happen all the time, he was kind enough to even send me a reply in some cases people don't even reply, I've been buying parts online for a very long time, I built a grudge bike from the frame up using parts bought off of forums. It happens. It's not fair but it does happen. In my eyes AZN is still a crook. It is what it is.
