I have a 2008 s550 4matic, will the following fit.

FRONT: 20x10 +13 with 255/35/20 tire.
REAR: 20x12 +32 with 275/35/20 tire.

Will these fit? If not, would a simple fender roll do it or are they really too damn wide?

Those tire sizes will fit as they are oem sizes on the sport package but those wheels are too wide for those tires.

Only if you widebody the car,
those will not work.

On a 4matic? They need the same wheel diameter F & R, and those tires won't do. Those rears are larger diameter.

255/35/20 really ought to sit on 20 x 9.0
275/35/20 really ought to sit on 20 x 9.5 or 10

Is +13 the front offset? That's too low. It would almost certainly rub everywhere.
Even +32 is rather low for such a rear tire. When you have wide tires, you really need to get the offset just right, and stock is the right place to start.

I'd suggest 275/35/20 on 20x10 +42 all round, and cross your fingers. That's very similar to what I've done.
