Hi BMW,
I think Mercedes has moved away from that service nomenclature, with the exception of the A and B Service. According to the MB maintenance manual, at 140K miles, your S550 is recommended to have a Service B + brake fluid replacement. I've seen one dealer lump the brake fluid replacement as part of the Service B. Brake fluid exchange will run about $140-190 depending on the dealer. The Service B which is basically an oil and filter change, multi-point inspections, and cabin filter replacement will be about $300-450 depending on where you live. So you are looking at $440-640 for service at 140K. I have attached an official Mercedes-Benz maintenance schedule for 2009 vehicles.

Not to jack this thread, but my service B prompt came up too. Anyway to shut this off on my own for my 07 s550 as I do most of my own maintenance? Thanks

Basically involves pushing the buttons on the steering wheel. It will show a diagnostic screen with service 1,2,3, etc. and I think you can select which one to reset. I followed the steps just to see what were in the menus out of curiosity.
