Dealer scam?

So my 2007 s550 has been in the shop for a week and a half because at random times it will not start. After not starting it will usually start up after about an hour or two. It only happens once every few days. They said they finally got it to happen and no codes popped up and their solution was that I need an new ECU because mine is short circuiting, thus no codes to give me. However I got my hands on my short test and these are the results. Do these have anything to do with the ECU or is my dealer just trying to make a quick buck? ($2,000) bill.

My car only has 50,000 miles as well

Lol. You need cam sensors and a new gas cap.

If p0455 does not disappear after new gas cap evaporate canister needs to be troubleshot.
