The only way to get away with the white lens, and it looks cool too, is to get some Sylvaina Silverstars.... not the headlights, but their turn signal bulbs.... kinda pricey at $20/2, but when off, they have a blue tint, so it'll make the whole lens sort of a blueish tint... looks nice. But when lit up, it is amber.

The color of the car = i have no idea
as for the bulbs they arnt literally white like that, the flash from the camera made it look like that, but instead its really a blue light, and it makes the lenses look blue because of the bulb when it's off and like he said its illegal, but heck if i ever get caught with it.. even if i do i just putmy stock ones on and show them then i'd just slap the ones i have right back on after

About the lights... Yeah, you could pop the old ones back in, just claim you weren't aware they were not colored. I know I personally do not like blue/white turn signals, which is why I would go the route of the Silverstars... I like the red/amber turn signal.
