FTP**ENGINE BAY Mounted I/C Tanks**CLICK**
Benefits:
the Fabtech-Performance engine bay mounted intercooler tank is the first tank available in the marketplace for the E55 AMG platform. this tank replaces the cabin filter box, Bolts into the factory location and successfully lowers your intake air temps by adding extra volume to the system, and splits the supercharger to its own circuit so it does not mix with 190 degree engine coolant. this tank will release your amgs true potential!!

-All lines and fittings needed for install (Sharkbite PVC Fittings are included), Brass fittings upon request and you can upgrade to AN fittings as well (some installs may require additional parts based on how your pump is mounted)
-Stainless worm clamps
-Install guide

-In line quick turn drain valve (for ice down)
-Custom Cabin Filter and CNC'D mounting bracket $50
-Black Braided AN fittings, and line $89

UPDATE:
The first 2 tanks are shipping hopefully this week, followed by the remainder of the order next week. The first 2 are complete we are waiting on the special drain valves used that we ordered from one of our suppliers that should be arriving any day. Tracking numbers will be sent to your emails. Thanks again for your business, and we know you guys will be nothing but happy with the tank when you get it.

UPDATE FOR EVERYONE IN THE G/B:
We have ran into a small delay with our vendor on the special drain valve (Which is only needed if your icing down at the track.
So here are the options:
1) We will ship your tanks on sch and ship you the valves which can be T'd into the line very easily after install.
2. We can hold your tank and ship when the valves get in as a whole. ETA End of Next week. 8/10
We have also Decided to give an option for the cabin filters. (Guys that purchased Filters)
Option 1: Our current Cabin filter utilizes the Stock plastic mounting box with our mesh and filter element. some of the plastic does need Trimmed on the OEM plastic bracket for the tank to fit perfect. If you decide to keep this option We will refund $40 of your $50 dollars back, and ship your tank with our mesh and Filter element.
Option 2: We have decided to have a custom Laser cut flange to take place of the OEM plastic filter mount, that will come coupled with our Mesh and Filter Element. They are being cut as we speak and should be done 8/10. If you want this option we will extend it to you at no charge (G/B members only) This option will let you go completely back to stock if needed without having to trim the plastic bracket and just Remove and Replace.
WE GREATLY appreciate all your thoughts, input and patience and its because of that you help us with new and innovative changes with some of our existing products, to better them before they hit the market. This G/B was offered because of you guys asking for it, so we want everything to be as best as we can get it for you guys.

Steve - There seems to be a fitment issue with the tank. Basically the plastic rain gutter will contact the tank (tested several times with molding clay) and will not allow the hood to close. I'd like to return the entire kit, please call me tomorrow with an RMA and UPS pickup ticket.

UPDATE: The Plastic Tray bolted to the underside of the hood needs trimmed for perfect fitment. Sorry We did not include this in our Original Description.

bump trying to figure out about the routing on the engine bay tank... There is two outlets on this one and wanted to know is one of them the Drain??

There should be 3 outlets / inlets: (1) highest point for water coming into the tank, (2) lower for output to pump > HE > SC, and (3) the lowest for the drain line...If you just have two in / out, like mine, then you really don't have a dedicated drain port.
