Which color suits best for the GLC? Obsedian black (or normal black?) or Diamond white with night package?

I think diamond white with night package looks fantastic for the hybrid version. Really nice! Very classy with those 20" wheels as well. Personally I'd keep the side running boards of it, will be more drag for the hybrid pulse and glide, and it is so low down that you don't need them to stand on. Also they oxidise quite quickly as I noticed on my GL.

sounds like they either think you aren't serious about buying, or they just want to sell you something on the lot and hope you'll give up on diamond white. I ordered diamond white with no issue at all. My only delay was from the designo black leather, 8 week delay. And I work at the dealer so I can track it in NetStar myself to verify they weren't lying to me.

Because it looks really nice on that model especially with the night package.
I think it is worth the extra over polar white. Especially on a nice vehicle like that. Now if you were buying a Renault Clio or something like that I'd agree with the sales person. But on a nice mercedes like that you want the nice white.

Do you have any extra tips to make the car look "higher", more robust?
I'm still in doubt with the Jaguar F-Pace, because that looks less like a "normal" car and you have more the suv-feeling...

Buy a land rover defender :p
Perhaps spec one up with the offroad pack. Don't use the night pack and don't have big wheels. Also perhaps a different colour so the front and back skit plates become more visible.

If you want a more purposeful offroad look I'd go for the offroad pack on it.
Personally I think it looks great on a GLC350e in Red
Perhaps slightly less purpose full on a Diamond White one
Ultimately it is your choice, but yes I do think that the large the wheel, together with the night package, it becomes visually lower. Although the offroad pack does have higher ground clearance, or if combined with air body control it can have both. My GL really goes high, almost like a cartoon car when I do that in traffic, people disappear in my rear view mirror. Great fun to pass the time in a traffic jam

And is the car really higher then? Or does it only look higher...

It looks like chrome on that one very shiny bumper. Also they've changed the wheels compared to the standard pack. But yes the shape of the front is with the offroad pack.
The configurator suggests it comes as standard with increased ground clearance. Whether that translates into higher I don't know.
