C63s Coupe UK
Well October 2015 I placed and order and deposit on a car I didn't really know a lot about other than some press shots and spec sheet. Having been delayed over and over I had nearly given up on the idea...
Until last Friday when I finally took delivery of the beast.
I have only done a couple of hundred miles so far so cant say too much other than Christ. Im limited to about 4000rpm but even at that this thing is a machine..
The handling is amazing, engine on another level....then I decided to have a play in Sport + in manual. Awesome fun and then I slipped on the paddle and downshifted firing the revs to 4000 from 2500 and BANG, CRACK, BANG,BANG POP....where the hell did that come from.
By no means have I had enough time in it to do a decent review and im no good at writing one but as soon as I can ill try to get something in writing on here to give you an idea what its like properly.
I meant to clean, detail and ceramic coat it today having spent a small fortune on kit....well that failed as I was too busy driving aimlessly and constantly searching for an excuse just to pop out for some 'milk.'
Ill leave it there at a couple of photos if I can attach them and ill come back to this thread just as soon as I stop wasting super unleaded...

Man, so hard to see all these amazing coupe pics after just getting my sedan. Haha. Pics were blurry for me on mobile but I'm for sure going to check them out on my desktop in the morning. Congrats and enjoy!

Looks awesome, enjoy your car. 300 miles until mine is run-in, I've been mainly good. a few 4.5k and two or three 5.5k+. I've avoided leaving comfort mode tho..

Although I love the look of the coupe, having those rear doors will save me pain of having family getting in and out of the car. And I'm saving my next coupe car for a AMG GT

Well I've managed to put 500 miles on now in a couple of days. Just another 500 to go until I can really test the beast.
This thing is still epic. Ill try and write a decent review once it's run in but in the mean time ive changed my plates over and put a shorter rear one on which I think somehow even manages to make the thing look even wider.
Ill leave you with a couple more photos.

Love the abandoned petrol pump shot Boycie!
I've 150 miles until mine is run in, I've not been perfect, a couple of 5000+ rpm moments and several between 4 & 5 but pretty good running in in my book

Beauty. Is this standard white or designo?

Well I've managed 600 miles and already dropped it off for its first modifications along with a small scuff caused by a stone at 200 miles.
Should look aggressive when it's done though.

Got the car back after it had a tiny stone chip sorted on the lower bumper. I thought while the bumper is off, I may as well make the most of it and do the grill how I think it should have left the factory. Probably not to everyone's taste but I think it completes the rest of the Mercedes night pack nicely.

How do you feel about the colour?
Hi mate, car looks awesome.
Just wondering how the colour stands out compared to polar white! I've noticed a few people saying it's an off white with a cream effect, but I've never seen a designo diamond white before (other than in photos) and I've made an order for one which is due in 4 weeks. I've never noticed the cream effect in photos.
Want to know if the colour looks the same as in the photos and get your view, as I may be able to change the colour last minute if it is not as impressive as polar.
I'm only concerned due to the recent forum posts about the two colours and statements about polar being more aggressive and having a nicer tone than the diamond white.
Cheers and look forward to your response!

Diamond white is a very creamy white. It always looks whiter in photos than in real life. Polar white is pure brilliant white and is a lot brighter although it is a flat, solid colour without the pearl effect. I would try and see both ti compare as it is hard to tellfrom photos.
