Read (and watch!) it here: Mercedes SL63 AMG Roadster in Geneva
Geneva may be over, but the we've still got stuff to share. Like the new SL63. Mercedes has always had an interesting approach to roadsters. They don't really subscribe to the smaller = better philosophy. That's okay, because this big, fast, technology packed, topless rocket is still impressive. But more than that, it looks aggressive. Good, just in a different way.

I find the techno most interesting.
I find the RED leather interior "TASTELESS"
The car will HAVE to come with much more classic features to bring this Merc owner back from the dark side of where this route of thinking is headed.
My need for style is a self-deserved want, not a need to impress the voyagers.
The S-class should continue to be reserved for those that enjoy to be wrapped in comfort, not the need to dance on the tables.
Seven S-class generations have made me expect more than where this model has gone.
E and C have the stage. Let them dance !
Not a chance to offend, just an expression of the freedom of choice.
Go with what makes you feel right !

The SL's are a class of their own. So what if they have too much power and only two seats. It's the only time where luxury and power combine to take one's breath away. Anyway ....jealousy's a curse!

I initially wanted a 560SL or similar, but cost of the SLK was much more appealing along with being a hard top convertible and just 4 cylinders to feed. Topless in 28 seconds means that you can enjoy the life with less effort. It still retains some classic retro shape and should be a classic in the near future. It's already 14 years old. The old 220s profile picture will be 50 next year. I've had it for 35 years! Cheers....
