SLK/R170: 98 230 slk rear brake lights

98 230 slk rear brake lights
Break lights stopped workig and ASR light on replaced the brake switch ASR light is off but brake lights still not working please help!

SLK230 R170
is it the back left one? those are known to 'go out' a lot on these models. they dont really go out the bulb is most likely good. but it gets lose. i fixed mine with a bit of tape.
