Funny thing is, this is the first time I ever modded a car. I was going to sell this car until I painted my center-caps black, and then smoked the rear lights, etc. etc. One thing led to another

Too bad, the benz community isn't like the bimmer ones, they are truly mod crazy, you get alot of different ideas at the bimmer forums. The benz community care more about little nick picky stuff like, "mine didn't come with a microfiber cloth," and "my rear windows doesn't go all the way down," too many silly things to name.

Dinko, just all the Hp upgrades. I'm likely putting some Fikse with 275 or 285s in the rear: http://www.fikse.com/profil10.html
I'll lower it via Eiback progressive rate springs as well pretty soon (when I get the rims & tires).
Ynot, do you know where I can get a carbon black cloth in Turkish/Egyption soft silk with AMG embroidering?

PS. Dinko. Was that Kleeman lip roughly $500 plus install/paint? It is something I'd like to get along with DPE wheels. I'll start with cosmetic mods then plan to do engine mods in a couple of years.

I wish it was $500. The lip painted/installed will be $1795. Quite damn expensive, but I've wanted it for some time now. Gotta do it.

I'm with dsb, I'll start with cosmetics first, SLK isn't the most reliable car out there, the dealer will try to use every excuse in the book to rob you of your warranty. After the warranty, I'll do more.
