New AMG GT
In lack of a proper place to post, here is a picture galley of the new AMG GT (in German, sorry).
Just a stunning car and fitting follow-up to the SLS.
Lightweight and a very tunable TT engine. Should be fun

AMG SLS & S coupe
It sure look a lot like the SLS from the front and sides. When the roadster comes out, well even more so. Not what I expected. Irregardless, it will be a nice successor. The interior is a bit busy looking.
Anyone know the price?

Prices start at $125K for the GT and about $15k more for the GT-S, those are base prices, I hear a fully loaded GT-S will be over $150K I don't think they are going to offer a roadster in the GT, at least that is what I heard from a very reliable source. Mine will be here in April
Should be a really fun car to drive

I like it, but -
It is not a successor to the SLS AMG, the design looks nothing alike, and its WAY cheaper. I would go as far as to say the SLS AMG is timeless, but this has a design that will look dated years from now. The interior is very nicely done.
I am going to take a guess here and say people better scoop up the gull wings, thats never going to happen again.
The SLS AMG was to commemorate the SL gulling, inside out you can see how the queues match that of the historical car. From the dash to the lights and facia. (SLS)
This is a more attainable car (AMG GT), cheaper. Less power, of course the turbos and the engine technology are pretty awesome.
Ill wait for the BSC in 4 years. JR, you'll have to give me a ride! Was great running into you on Saturday!

The looks are growing on me. I guess I was expecting to be blown away. I won't likely pickup a GT-S, but count me in for the BS version in a few years

Leaked: AMG GT Edition 1
It seems to be the current trend among automakers to put out a special first edition of any car that’s highly anticipated to drum up more business at the launch of the new car. Alfa Romeo is doing it with the 4C, there’s a Z06 first edition, a few others, and now the brand-new Mercedes AMG GT will also get a first edition.
While not officially announced by Mercedes, photos leaked online last week showing what could very well be the AMG GT Edition 1.
