FRONT SUSPENSION - VITO 111 SERIES

Hi, we have a 2004 Vito 111, its only done 40 000 miles and the front suspension anti-roll bar bushes and lower ball joints are gone and need replacement. Is this a common fault or is it normal?
Also, does anyone know if there are any Merc recalls on these suspension faults. Seems highly strange that Merc suspension only lasts 40 000 miles

Hi, we have a 2005 Vito115 and the same problem manifested itself at 60 000kms, agents told me that its a standard procedure with these vehicles, it would make like a clunk sound when you went over a speed bump or bumpy road. Next thing to watch for is the Turbo, mine went at 94 000kms and again they said common problem for these vehicles especially when operated at altitude, overspeeding of the turbo results in metal fatigue on the turbo vanes cost of the repair around $3500
