When I got my car back from the dealership today I noticed the SOS button won't stay closed. Is there a trick or is it broken?

Mine is... sigh... now doing this same thing. Anyone else have a fix for this? maybe just the plastic pieces?

Most likely broken. Little plastic spring loaded latch could have broke. I ended up jamming it closed by putting a little piece of gum wrapper(no gum, just the wrapper), lol. It took a few try's, but it ended up jamming shut. It opens easily, just hard to jam it shut again.

I ended up using double sided tape with Velcro so it will stay closed but I could open it if I ever wanted to, which I never have...

Yeah, but do you have a SOS malfunction notification
in the center dash?

I did get it at first but not after about a week of it being closed.
