Check engine light B82
Hello,
I have a 2010 G55 AMG, I posted here since the car shares the same engine on the E55 K
The car has a Kleemann Ecu upgrade with pulley, SuperSprint Longtube headers and Supersprint 200 cell cats and every now and then the car trigger a B82 pressure sensor Check engine light.
The pressure sensor was changed with a new one and the car will still trigger CEL every know and then.
I have contacted Kleemann and they said it shouldn't be possible since the tune was adapted for headers and normally with full kleemann components it works fine.
The MB workshop in Kuwait says these cars are programmed from the factory for certain values of boost, so if the boost increases on a certain value a sensor kicks in and CEL occurs.
What would be a solution to this ?

Got the problem fixed,
reset ecu and sent it out to Eurocharged for a custom tune based on my octane and modifications, they put the secondary cats off and now no more CEL lights and rpm fluctuations or kick up on idle.
