Having a problem with my steering!

It's been going on for a while now but I replaced the power steering pump and also the fluids to go with it, but the steering is still stiff every time I try and turn the wheel or if someone else drives my car. I took it to the dealership to see what they could come up with and they say it had something to do with the electrical control model, but idk which one it is that has to even deal with the steering problem. Thanks again in advance much advice is very needed at this point.

If you took it to a dealer and paid for a diagnosis then you should have an estimate for repairs. Does it not have a recommended part with price and labor? Maybe they are referring to the speed sensitive power steering control valve solenoid?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for. Is your car still at the dealer? Did you already have it fixed? It says 1800 dollars approved?

This was a while back when I took it to the dealer and honestly idk what they meant by it being approved. So Ima just give them a call and see what they are talking about.
