This is just silly. Based on what I read, I'm siding with the vendor. Sounds like the buyer broke it.

sounds like angry old man showing no class... even if/ when the customer is wrong, you still should treat them with respect even if they are the worst customer ever.... only time to turn ghetto is if the customer physical assults the business person, then its all bets off

I'd rather be a nurse boy helping people than running a greasy shop calling people names on a public forum. Re read your text messages. If I saw a shop owner using that language to a customer, regardless of the situation, you've already lost my business.
Due to the way you handled this entire situation, I'm betting you are the kind of guy that tells customers you use all OEM parts and then run to NAPA and buy the cheapest **** possible while charging them an arm and a leg.

CC companies typically won't do a charge back on used automotive equipment.
The fact that they won't do a charge back doesn't prove any side of this story.

Good to hear. I don't know how people that act like that stay in business.
It also looks like MB AUTO RACING should be a sponsor on here since they're trying to sell their goods and are a shop. All of their posts, except this one, are trying to sell stuff. I'll never be buying anything from them after seeing how they handle issues now.

SPASTIK WANTED TO KEEP A PORTION OF THE KIT INSTEAD OF RETURNING THE WHOLE KIT. HE HAD A TANTRUM B/C WE WOULDN'T TAKE A PARTIAL RETURN SO HE INITIATED AN EBAY CASE AND LOST.
THEN HE INITIATED A BBB CASE AND LOST.
IF HE IS SO UNHAPPY, WHY DIDN'T HE JUST RETURN THE WHOLE THING? WE GIVE FULL REFUNDS IN 14 DAYS. WE HAVE ALL PROOF AND DOCUMENTATION THAT THIS GUY IS A KOOK.
HE HAS BEEN SLANDERING US ONLINE AND EVEN CALLED RENNTECH TO TRY TO GET US REMOVED AS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND HE WAS LAUGHED AT.
