Stretched Mercedes-Benz S-Class Spied at Nürburgring
An extravagantly long Mercedes-Benz S-Class has been caught logging miles at the Nürburgring. Said to be 215 inches, this stretched S-Class prototype is eight inches longer than the current long-wheelbase S-Class. For comparison, the 2014 Ford F-350 Super Duty Short Bed Regular Cab pickup is 227.6 inches … almost as long as the truck’s name.
Expected to debut next year, this lengthy S-Class will fall between the current long-wheelbase model and the extra-opulent Pullman.
Although this S-Class will have more interior room than any current S-Class, seating capacity will shrink to a 2+2 configuration according to WorldCarFans.
