If you’re tired of waiting around for the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series, here’s a perfectly suitable alternative from Creative Bespoke.

We’re still waiting (impatiently) for the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series to debut, though we’re sure it’ll be worth the wait. But if you’re the impatient type like us, you can’t help but find yourself seriously tempted by Creative Bespoke‘s Mercedes-AMG GT S that just so happens to be up for sale. This wicked-looking ride is obviously quite the visual stunner. But it’s also packing performance upgrades that just might best its future Black Series brother, too.

Improvements begin with the 4.0-liter Biturbo V8, which in stock form produces 503 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. With some unnamed work and a tune, that number has been cranked up to a whopping 656 hp, which dwarfs even the GT Pro’s 577 ponies. Whether or not it’ll best the Black Series, well, we don’t know yet. But if nothing else, this particular car will give it a run for its money.

Power is nice and all, but that isn’t all there is to say about this Mercedes-AMG GT S. The car is also fitted with a full carbon fiber body package, which includes the front and rear bumpers, front grille, side skirts, and rear wing. There’s also a nice glass hood so you can glance in and admire the car’s fortified powerplant.

Satin black paint gives the car a sinister look. Capping off the look is a set of Vossen hyper-forged wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires. H&R sport springs help eliminate any wheel gap. And on the inside, the custom theme continues with black and red leather, along with Creative Bespoke logos embroidered on the seat headrests.

According to the seller, all of these goodies add up to $80,000, not including the purchase price of the car. And it’s a used example, albeit with just 7,971 miles on the clock. But the asking price of $144,800 seems pretty reasonable when you consider the base car starts out at $132k. And who knows what the Black Series will set you back.

So if you’re tired of waiting for a sinister, ridiculously quick version of the Mercedes-AMG GT, this fine example seems like the perfect alternative. Or, at the very least, a bridge car until you can actually buy a Black Series!
