The C63 AMG Black is what happens when Mercedes and AMG pull out all the stops. No question, is an amazing example of engineering that brings race-car performance within the grasp of the plebian masses. But it’s not alone. BMW’s M3 GTS and Porsche’s 911 GT3 RS are very much alive and well.

Thankfully, auto journalist Chris Harris is around to test them out on the road and on the track to let us know what’s what.
