Mercedes Coupes and Customs Abound at SEMA 2012

Cars and girls go together like fine wine and candle light dinners. It’s a natural combo. SEMA 2012, had both in spades of course. We’ve included our favorite Benzes from the show floor below.

Persona favorite? Despite my burning, borderline-sycophantic, love for the C63 AMG Black series… I could not help but be wooed by Mechatronik’s 280SL. It has all of the class and sophistication of a classic Mercedes with the benefit of modern underpinnings. As much as I love the threatening burble of Mercedes’ 6.2L V8 and the way that it turns tires into clouds of noxious fumes… I can’t help but be enamored by the 280.
