Air Car gives us a look at the charged and brawny C63, inside and out. And we like what we see.

Our patience has finally paid off, the new 2019 Mercedes AMG C63 S Coupe finally made its debut at the New York International Auto Show this week. With the many variants offered as well as new features and more power, it looks to be a damn good year for Mercedes-Benz.

Air Car got an advance peek ahead of New York. In the video, we get slow panning shots of the coupe, inside and out. And it looks good.

The first thing that stands out is the more aggressive styling, which is especially evident by the addition of the Panamericana grille from the AMG GT family. The new lights and front bumper designs are great and effective. The front splitter looks especially sharp with the black accents. The rear spoiler, bigger rear diffuser, and twin tailpipes are sporty and we think this design is outstanding.

The C63 S coupe has a 4.0-liter, twin turbo V-8s engine that produces 469 horsepower. With AMG’s Speedshift 9-speed automatic, this feels like a muscle car under the hood of a sleek and sexy Benz.

The C63 offers six drive modes to adapt to terrain and conditions, such as “Slippery,” “Race,” and “Individual.” This car can easily go from 0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds, this is a speed demon to be taken seriously.

Inside, this is decidedly high-end and luxurious. Features include a 12.3-in. screen with three selectable AMG displays, a flat-bottom steering wheel with gearshift paddles allows the driver to access all functions with swipe motion touch controls or through voice activated commands. New features are included on the menu, including engine warm-up, drive system setup, engine data, G-force display, race time with manual stop watch and a data bank of famous European track times.

All in all, the 2019 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG S Coupe delivers on new technology and luxury, but also looks slick and aggressive, and has the power to back that up.
