Air Filter?
Have you cleaned/replaced your air filter lately? With all of the dust/salt in the air over the winter that can make a huge difference.
The lifetime K&N or FRAM air filters are worth the $50 or $60 because you can wash them as often as you like. It seems like I drive in a constant cloud of dust/salt up here in Central New York over the winter. I recorded my jeep at 10mpg and slow as hell, then put in a clean K&N and it jumped to 17mpg, this was after a long period of construction on my daily commute.
