vents blowing hot and cold air

vents blowing hot and cold air
just bought my 190 not long ago,trying to piece it together bit by bit. Anyway,no cold air so I recharged it,"praying nothings wrong with ac unit"sat in the car to check the air;to my surprise it works. 
Of course first instinct is to check the center vents which where cool,but when I got to both end vents why are they blowing hot air. 
Does anyone know?
