190e 2.3 16
WhenI try to set the timing by moving distributor it makes no difference. I also get a loud whistling noise from air idle adjustment hole. Anyone any ideas how to rectify.

moving the distributor does not do anything to the timing. Stop touching your car under the hood please.

but to be nice, you cant adjust the timing . It has to be done electronically.
