shop manual + check engine light
HI-
What is the best source for a shop manual (CD or paper) for a 1993 190E 2.6. I have a sportline- so I am not sure how different that is from the standard 190E 2.6.
My check engine comes on and sometimes stays on. Car is running fine. In my older 190E it was the 02 sensor. Is this a good start?

Any 2.6L manual will be applicable to the Sportline, since the majority of the Sportline features are cosmetic, the only parts that mechanically differ are the steering box (from the 16 valve) and the lowering springs/sway bars.
The Mercedes products consists of separate manuals for the engine, chassis, transmission and HVAC system. The CD manuals you see on eBay usually don't include the transmission or HVAC manuals.
The UK Haynes manual has an edition for the 2.6L cars and includes the transmission, but not much on the HVAC system.
