horns and indicators
ive just bought a 190 e 2.0 1989 and the horn and the indicators dont work as they are on the same fuse i wondered if the they could share the same fault ive checked the fuse and conections and there fine havent tested for a live at the fuse yet though also the o/s/r door window doesnt work either can these all be connected please help soon im new to mb and dont want to go barking up the wrong tree tick over is lumpy too cheers richard.

I suggest replaces all the fuses in the fusebox even if they look to be good. This will solve problems in the future.
If it doesnt solve your problems that you have now. Check the hazard switch. Sometimes it freezes up or the connection is loose. If thats the case, your indicators wont work. Same goes with the window switches. It might be a good idea to spray the electrical pins with electrical contact spray.
If nothing still works, it could be a faulty relay.
