Getting in without a key ? ? ?
I've not managed to lock myself out of my 190E yet - but it is only a matter of time !
Every other car I've had, there's always been a 'proper' way of geting in without breaking anything. I can't figure it out with the 190E though. All the lock/release rods are between the door inner skin and the door card, so no use using a steel ruler. The inside locking pin is smooth, not mushroom, so the coathanger trick won't work. The door mirrors can't be removed from outside so there's no access that way either.
Please, somebody, let me know as when I really need to know I probably won't be in a position to ask !
