Which number on the data plate on a 91 190 e 2.3 is the exterior color code? Its a light met blue with darker blue lower body panels. Im looking for the light blue color.

It's the three digit number on the right, slightly below mid-point. I just got touch-up paint at paintscratch.com--they have a full list of codes by year, so in combination that should help you to figure it out.

I meant to say on the left, slightly below the middle. Assuming you are looking at the body/paint code plate under the hood.
