If you have the Sport Evolution VIN, Daimler-Chrysler will sell you the original one. What's in your wallet?

The only current source for a replica is from Thorsten Stadler in Germany. 190teile.de

So I can ask someone with an Evo for the VIN and go to the dealer and have them get me one?

The parts will have to be shipped (at no expense) to you from Germany, but I believe they still have the spares. Since this is a purely academic exercise . . . or are you going to pay a few thousand for the rear wing?

I am just looking for the flairs and the front end. I dont know if there is a difference. I guess a price and place for everything would be nice. I just dont know if i want the wing or not. JJ

There's a guy in CT that has one of the OEM front bumper shells for the Evo I (Sport Evolution), but he wants $1500 for it. He bought a few from MBGTC, the "warehouse clearance" division of Daimler-Chrysler in Germany, they have an eBay Germany store.

Be advised that installing the real Sport Evolution front flairs means cutting some of the wheel arch, they aren't just bolt on like the 2.3-16.
