Cant open back door.

Cant open back door.
Hi i have a problem with one of the back door. I cant open it from the inside or the outside. So its stuck. How can i fix this? I think i have to take off the door panel but i cant find out how to do it. Or is this something i can fix with the handle from the outside? Any sugestions?
